Year in Pictures - 2012

Each year of our life is certainly full of highs and lows, but simply put - 2012 was the best. year. ever.  This post makes me gleefully happy and so incredibly thankful.  2013 will be the year of new adventures and turning yet another page in our beautiful story - turning 30, raising Emeline, celebrating 10 loving years with the love of my life and 5 years of marriage and maybe just maybe, welcoming home another little bundle of joy through the miracle of adoption.

Red Thread Sessions

Have any of you heard about Red Thread Sessions?  It's an organization started in 2011 by two adoptive mom photographers who were willing to donate their time and talent to capture the most incredible and emotional moments in the lives of other families who have also chosen adoption.  Since then, there are countless photographers around the U.S. also willing to donate their talent to document your adoptive family.  Our photographer, Rebecca Davis, with R and J Studios is one of those photographers.  She has a huge heart and an amazing talent.  If you are interested in learning more about doing a Red Thread Session with Rebecca please contact her at randj@randjstudios.com.  She'd be thrilled to celebrate your adoption with you.

If you aren't local, there are 472 other talented photographers listed.  I'm sure you will find the perfect one for your family.

Here are some of my favorite photos Rebecca has blessed us with over the last year and a half:

Alright, so I had a hard time narrowing them down.  Can you blame me??  I hope you find yourself with the same dilemma.
